Our station is located in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire, UK

Based on a Fine Offset WH-1080 weather station & a Raspberry Pi, we are broadcasting over Internet 24hrs a day, at interval of every 10 minutes.

Whitacre Solar WeatherPi was created as an ongoing project using a RPi Model A+ by connecting it to a Fine Offset WH-1080 weather station. WeatherPi is nearly 100% off grid, it has one 6V 10W solar panel which charges four 18650 lithium ion batteries. It connects via a WiFi dongle and uploads to here.
